“Part of taking care of your baby is taking care of yourself.” -Jena Bradley
Newborns AND their families need deep, restorative sleep in the weeks following birth to help optimize bonding and brain development. Newborn Care Specialists can help everyone achieve that goal as well as help ease anxieties and task work-loads that come with growing your family. I can help establish healthy newborn sleep habits in the first 16 weeks that will prepare your baby for successful sleep in the months and years to come.
You have questions….we can help
“Why is she crying when she just finished eating?”
“How do I know if my breastfed baby is getting enough?”
“He is taking too long to eat and falling asleep while eating and we are both getting frustrated”
“She is crying for hours and therefore so am I. I need a break”
“How much and how often should I be feeding him?”
“She seems to be gassy and uncomfortable, can you show me some ways to help her?”
“Are these bumps on his face normal?”
“He is grunting all night long, does that mean he’s constipated?”
“Is it ok to feed her a bottle of breastmilk that’s been sitting out for 2 hours?”
“Can you show me how to swaddle him like you do?”
